Where can I find information on the products?
All of our products' information is available on the products pages (in the shop section). If you need more details, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@ofakarri.com or via our live chat, we will be delighted to help.
Where are the products manufactured?
All our products are made in France by our partner laboratory, which specializes in fresh, organic plant extracts.
Are the products organic? Are the products certified?
All our products are certified organic with the label Ecocert Greenlife, one of the highest degrees of existing European organic certification. All our essential oils are products of organic farming.
Are your products vegan? Cruelty-Free?
At the heart of our brand ethos is our commitment to the animal cause. All our products are natural: 100% plant-based - and do not contain any ingredient from animal provenance. All our products are also cruelty-free: no ingredients were tested on animals.
Are the packagings recyclable?
All our products are recyclable: Our cases are made from recycled and recyclable paper from eco-generated forests (FSC label) and printed with vegetable inks: you can sort them with cardboard and plastic. Our ultraviolet glass bottles are also recyclable: be sure to unscrew the product's pump. The bottle will go in the glass bin, while the cardboard and plastic pump will be in the plastic bin.
Why can the smell of the same product vary?
We use natural ingredients, which can vary from season to season depending on the weather and the state of the soil. While using the same formula, the product may have some slight smell variation.
Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a precaution, we would discourage the use of essential oils by women who are either pregnant or breastfeeding. You can find all pieces of information under the 'Precaution for us' tab on each product's page. Only the Growing Mama Protective Oil, made out of 7 organic vegetable oils, can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
How to perform a patch test?
To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of the product on the inner part of your wrist. After 24 hours, if no redness or abnormal reaction appears, it is safe for you to use the product.
What should I do if I am allergic to one of your products?
Despite all the care put into the formulation of our products, allergic reactions can happen. If an issue arises, don't hesitate to contact our customer service at hello@ofakarri.com, indicating the product name and the lot number, which you will find on the right face of the product. We will send you a cosmeto-vigilance form to trace the issue back to our laboratory.

Orders

How do I track my order?
Immediately after placing your order, our warehouse will validate it; you will receive a confirmation email, including a tracking link. You will be able to follow your order on your OFA KARRI account. Click on the profile icon on the top right of your screen. Go to the "orders" section and click on the orders tracking number.
How to cancel my order?
If you have yet to receive shipping confirmation from our warehouse, there is still time to cancel your order. We can only allow a short window to modify your order. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@ofakarri.com or on the live chat mentioning the desired modifications.

How to create an account?
Easy steps: click on 'My account' on the home page and then on 'Create an account'. You will then need to fill in your details and enter a password. Creating an account will allow you to track your orders more easily and manage your personal information.
What are the payment options available? Is my online payment secure?
We accept credit cards, Visa, Electron Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Apple Pay via Stripe's secure payment system. When you place an order on our site, we encroach your information using the Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the safest online transactions safety protocol to date. You can therefore order with confidence and safety on this site. Your bank details are encrypted using the SSL protocol and are never kept or saved on this site without your consent.
How do I use my promotional code?
You can redeem your promotional codes at check-out by entering the code in the discount box below the basket.

Returns

How can I make a return?
Within 14 working days from the receipt of the order, please get in touch with our customer service at hello@ofakarri.com and inform us that you wish to return one or more products. The products must be intact, not open, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the delivery slip.

Except in exceptional cases, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

If one of the products arrives damaged or has leaked during transport, please attach a photo of the product and lot number, which you will find on the right side of the product.
